What information we collect
The forms collect the information you give yourself: name, phone number, email address, housing company or address, apartment number and the message or description of the fault. In addition, our service providers process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages, send the form and prevent spam.
How the information is used
The information is used to handle fault reports, arrange repairs and respond to contact and quote requests. The legal basis is a customer relationship or steps taken before entering into one, and the company's legitimate interest.
How long the information is kept
The information is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and deleted when it is no longer needed.
Disclosure and processors
The information is not sold or disclosed for marketing. We use the following service providers, who process the information on our behalf:
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative) delivers the form submissions to our email.
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) hosts the website.
- Microsoft 365 (Microsoft) is our email service, where the form messages are stored.
Some service providers process information outside the EU and EEA. Such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other safeguards under the GDPR.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any tracking or analytics tools.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted by contacting us by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
